It’s also just a short drive to Greenville, so you can still get your city fix without living in the middle of the bustle.

Summerville is Charleston’s charming little sister—with big potential.

Families love the great schools, newer homes, and growing job market. Plus, you’ve got everything you need—Target, Earth Fare, Starbucks—and you’re just a 30-minute drive from Charleston without the Charleston price tag.

It’s where the Lowcountry stretches out and breathes a little. Summerville is growing fast, and for good reason.
